In the 30 May 2019 YEKA RES-2 tender, 250 MW of connection capacity in each of the Aydın, Çanakkale, Balıkesir and Muğla regions. In Aydın and Çanakkale: greenfield development that began about ten months before the tender, the YEKA agreement, pre-licensing and generation licences. In Balıkesir and Muğla: technical and development due diligence ahead of the takeover, then governmental permitting through to Ministry acceptance.

R24 Balkaya (Kırklareli) and R24 Edirne WPP, won as the two largest-capacity projects in the 28 January 2025 YEKA RES-2024 competition (1,200 MW): greenfield development, tender preparation and governmental permitting.
